If I read another New Year New You headline I might just puke or poke someone in the eye. I'm sorry, but each and every 1 January I am the same me. I'm not unhappy with that me... I might be a little porkier, a little more freckly (living in the Southern Hemisphere) but sheesh I'm a whole lot more relaxed than I was on 1 December and I don't need a new me!

If you do nothing else, use a SPF that combats UVA and UVB, daily. ** A little note on UVA/UVB. UVB rays cause the skin to burn and damage the skin's superficial epidermal layers. UVA rays are 95% more prevalent, damage the skin more deeply, can penetrate clouds and glass, and initiate the development of skin cancers. .. so even on a cloudy day whilst driving UVA is going to get you! This product makes life easy - protecting from the sun and giving the skin a lovely flawless finish (as it's tinted). Many other moisturisers only protect you from UVB rays. So be aware. Whilst it's not completely green, it rates just a 5 on the Think Dirty app which is damn good for anything with an SPF. Recommend all year round.
